The Rider officially enters its fourth decade of life, and gets a pretty large overhaul as it turns 30. A dual layer midsole with a softer on top/firmer on bottom approach couples with the traditional full-length Mizuno wave plate to provide the most cushioned Rider yet. Also, a tweak in the stack heights results in an overall 8mm drop and a more padded forefoot.
