If there are any issues with your purchase, we are always happy to exchange items or return them for in store credit. Please give us a call at 434.293.3367 or email us and we'd be happy to assist you. We do not offer refunds or cash back, but the store credit does not have an expiration date and can always be transferred to another family member or customer.
